Beneath Osimo and Camerano lie 88 caves linked by 9 km of tunnels — a presumed Templar initiation hall.
Over several levels, these caves show Roman and Picene altars, Christian frescoes, Templar crosses and Knights of Malta emblems. Oral tradition holds that each cave matches a degree of the Order — and that some have never been opened. From the Cathedral of San Leopardo to the underground galleries, follow the 88 steps.

Osimo, Camerano and their undersides
Osimo, the ancient Roman Auximum, preserves fine monuments: the Romanesque cathedral of San Leopardo (12th century), the Palazzo Municipale and headless statues from imperial times. Camerano, on the neighbouring rock, looks like a quiet village — yet its underground city may be the largest in Marche.
The caves, carved since Picene times and reworked over the centuries, are said to have been used by the Templars and then the Knights of Malta as places of initiation. Solar rosettes, pattee crosses, ogival vaults and later Masonic symbols are visible. The 88 caves form a route whose meaning is still debated.

The gameplay: AR, camera, hidden clues
At each stop, open your phone camera: an augmented reality character appears on the façade and speaks your language. Hunt the clue — it materializes as golden letters on the real wall or floats in front of you. When you find it, the phone vibrates, an AR chest opens and reveals your answer fragment. 8 stops, 8 clues to find with the camera, 1 final code.
The stops on your route are a surprise. You'll discover them one by one, guided by your phone, starting from the meeting point.
