Cookie Policy

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. It lets us remember your preferences and keep the service working. OddballTrip uses a minimal set of cookies, described below.

2. Cookies we use

  • Essential cookies: required for the site to work — they remember your cookie consent, your language and your currency. No consent is required for these.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics, to understand in an aggregated and anonymous way how the site is used (page views, journeys). Set only with your consent.
  • Affiliate tracking: if you arrive via a partner link (?ref parameter), a cookie remembers that referral for 30 days to attribute the sale to the right partner.
  • Payment: during payment, Stripe may set its own anti-fraud security cookies. See Stripe’s policy.

3. Managing your cookies

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the site’s cookies in your browser, or block cookies via your browser settings (essential cookies remain required for the site to work).

4. Retention period

Preference and consent cookies are kept for up to 12 months. The affiliate cookie expires after 30 days. Analytics cookies follow the duration set by Google Analytics.
