Welcome to OddballTrip. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, which connects customers with independent activity providers for leisure experiences.
OddballTrip acts as an intermediary between customers and activity providers. We facilitate bookings but do not directly provide the activities. Each provider is independently responsible for their activity, safety standards, and service quality.
When you book an activity, you pay a deposit (typically 20% of the total price) online through our secure payment processor (Stripe). The remaining balance is paid directly to the provider on the day of the activity. The online deposit covers OddballTrip's commission for facilitating the booking.
Cancellation policies may vary by activity. If you cancel within the allowed timeframe, your online deposit will be refunded within 5-10 business days. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
Reviews must be honest and based on your actual experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that contain inappropriate content, spam, or false information.
Trip Coins are a reward program. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money. OddballTrip reserves the right to modify the Trip Coins program at any time.
OddballTrip is a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the activities listed by providers. Users participate in activities at their own risk.
