These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern all sales of products and services offered by OddballTrip LLC ("the Seller") on the website www.oddballtrip.com ("the Site").
OddballTrip is a platform specialised in selling outdoor escape games across more than 2,000 cities worldwide. The games are GPS-guided digital experiences played on a smartphone, combining puzzles, history and urban discovery.
Any order placed on the Site implies the customer's ("the Customer" or "the Buyer") unreserved acceptance of these Terms. These Terms prevail over any other document.
OddballTrip offers digital escape games playable outdoors in more than 2,000 cities worldwide. Each game includes:
Multiple pricing tiers are offered for each escape game, from 1 to 10 phones, with a degressive rate above the first phone. The exact applicable price is displayed dynamically on each game page.
The number of phones is the number of devices that can access the game simultaneously. Several players can share the same phone. There is no limit on the number of participants per device.
OddballTrip also offers city passes giving access to several escape games in the same city at a discounted rate. The specific terms of each pass are detailed on the corresponding product page.
The order is considered validated as soon as payment is confirmed by Stripe. The Customer receives a confirmation email at the address provided during the order. It is the Customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of their email address.
The escape games are digital products available 24/7. They can be started at any time after receiving the activation code, with no time slot to reserve. The activation code is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Prices are displayed in the Customer's local currency (EUR, USD, GBP, etc., detected automatically), all taxes included. OddballTrip reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is validated.
Payment is made online via the secure Stripe platform. Accepted payment methods are:
The Customer's card details are never stored by OddballTrip. They are processed exclusively by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified platform.
All transactions are encrypted via SSL/TLS. 3D Secure authentication is enabled to strengthen the security of card payments.
As these are 100% digital products, delivery is made exclusively by email. The Customer receives:

If the Customer has not yet used their activation code (i.e. has not started the game), they may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Once the game has been started (activation code used), no refund will be granted as the digital product has been consumed.
To request a refund, the Customer must send their request by email to info@oddballtrip.com specifying their name, the email address used at purchase and the reference of the relevant game.
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the request, via the same payment method used at the time of order.

OddballTrip cannot be held liable for non-performance of its obligations in cases of force majeure, including: natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, telecommunications network failures.
All content on the Site and in the escape games (texts, puzzles, scenarios, photographs, illustrations, logos, graphic elements) is the exclusive property of OddballTrip LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, distribution or exploitation, in whole or in part, of these contents, without OddballTrip's prior written authorisation, is strictly prohibited.
Personal data collected at the time of order (name, email) is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Wyoming.
For consumers residing in the European Union, the mandatory provisions of the legislation of their country of residence apply in addition, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I).
OddballTrip LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in force at the time the order is placed. The Customer is invited to review this page regularly.
