How does booking work?

Browse activities, pick a date and the number of participants, then pay a small deposit (20% of the total) online. The remaining 80% is paid directly to the host on the day of the activity.

What are Trip Coins?

Trip Coins are our reward currency. You earn +100 coins when you complete an activity and +50 coins when you leave a review. You can use them for discounts on future bookings.

How do I cancel a booking?

You can cancel a booking from the My Bookings page. Cancellation policies vary by activity. If you cancel before the deadline, your deposit will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

What do I need to bring?

Each activity page lists what you need. Generally, just bring your QR code (available in My Bookings) and any remaining payment. The host will provide all necessary equipment.

How do QR codes work?

After your booking is confirmed, a QR code will appear in your My Bookings page. Show it to the host when you arrive - they will scan it to validate your booking.

I want to become a host. How do I start?

Visit the "Become a Host" page and create a provider account. Our team will review your profile, and once verified, you can start listing your activities.

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. All online payments are processed through Stripe, a leading payment platform used by millions of businesses worldwide. We never store your card details.

How do I contact a host?

You can find the host information on each activity page. After booking, you will receive the host details in your confirmation email.
