Your journey begins at the First National Bank of Northfield, located at 501 Division Street South. Here, on September 7, 1876, the James-Younger Gang attempted their daring robbery. The building witnessed fatal gunshots, killing two civilians and two gang members, marking a major defeat for Jesse James.
