Your journey begins in front of the Monte-Carlo Casino, a Belle Époque edifice built in 1863 by Charles Garnier at the behest of Prince Charles III. Its 40,000 m² and gaming room, inaugurated in 1865, were the scene of a strange normality during World War II.
